Quality assurance
At Isotech the highest quality and quality control are of paramount importance and are structurally included in the production process. Inspections on the correct dimensions, geometry, shear values (T-value) and Q-values are regularly carried out and documented. The Technical Approval ( ATG ) or additional tests for the French Standard can also be obtained in collaboration with Isotech.

As soon as a new profile is developed, our technical department will be happy to help you find solutions to provide the best and cheapest possible solution for the thermal isolation of your aluminium profiles.
We will develop a nicely fitting roller tooth based on the chosen strip.
You can improve the insulation of your aluminium profiles by:
- Filling the space between the strips with isolating blocks such as polystyrene foam
- Using Low-Lambda or Noryl strips instead of polyamide 66 G.F. strips, which reduce the Lambda value from approximately 0.30 to 0.18 W/(mK).
- Making use of trips with "flags", as a replacement for isolating blocks, against radiation and convection between strips
- Using strips with "flags" fit with a reflective foil
- An optimal solution in the area of thermal insulation can be obtained by combining Low-Lambda strips, "flags" and reflective foil.
